海外フォーラムで以前知り合ったアメリカの友人に（彼女が）前に考案したスプレッドを私のサイトで紹介してもいい？と聞いてみた。パーミッションいただける？と。

No problem, as I said when I posted any of my spreads, feel free to use them.
Now I have spreads posted all over the place... the Tarot Lover's 2006 Calendar, the Tarot spread collection ebook and now in Japan. Oh, well there are lots of nice spreads and I'll bet people would love to let you use theirs too.
